Rehearsal Dinners & Private Business Luncheons and Dinners
Brandywine Prime is the perfect venue for your rehearsal dinner or your business luncheon or dinner. We have private rooms for groups from 10 to 96. Centered near great attractions like the Brandywine River Museum, Winterthur and Longwood Gardens, Brandywine Prime is in the middle of it all.

Baby & Bridal Shower
We have multiple rooms seating from 20 to 70 guests. Feel free to decorate how you would like, or give us your thoughts and we will do it for you. Brandywine Prime does not charge a room fee, and will be more than happy to set up a bar that fits your budget.

Tour Groups
Thank you for considering Brandywine Prime for your tour group. The menus that are posted here are to give you some ideas and pricing.
The 300 year old building allows us many different configurations for events. Below is a list of general configurations. There is no room charge. There are only stairs to the second floor, so please let us know if you need first floor seating.
There is a bus parking spot on the right hand side of the building. Please ask us for directions for bus parking.

The 300 year old building allows us many different configurations for events.
For a seated dinner we offer several configurations. Buffet or cocktail party options will allow for different size configurations. While we don’t charge a fee for the room, there are minimum food and beverage spends for the spaces. If you spend under the minimum, we will convert the difference to a room charge. If you spend to the minimum or above there will be no charge for the space.
1st Floor Main Dining Room: 60 guests
1st Floor Tavern Room: 36 guests
2nd Floor Chas Room: 36 guests
2nd Floor Mill Room: 42 guests
2nd Floor Chas/Main Dining Combined: 86 guests
Other details to keep in mind:
White linen table cloths may be requested for a $30 up charge per room (not per table)
Alcohol: Your party can be alcohol free, use our house white and red wine, or choose from our shower drink menu page.
You can have access to the space 1 hour before the scheduled start time for decorating.
+ No tacking or taping to walls, furniture etc.
+ Booths and other furniture cannot be moved
+ Tables and chairs must be moved by staff
+ No unwrapped candy bar
+ No outside food other than cake or cup cakes
+ No confetti or small decorative items
All of our plated desserts and mini desserts are still made from scratch on the premises. But for more elaborate cakes Brandywine Prime welcomes Michele Mitchell, the owner of Michele Mitchell Pastry Designs, as our exclusive provider of cup cakes and cakes for baby and bridal showers, christenings, birthday parties and rehearsal dinners and weddings.
